IMDA Group Legal offers legal counsels the opportunity to work on innovative projects and policy initiatives that are aimed at fostering a vibrant infocomm media, data protection ecosystem and to drive Singapore’s digital economy. As policy and regulatory counsels, you play an important role advising on regulatory frameworks and policy developments. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can develop creative solutions to novel legal issues and navigate legal ambiguities arising from new and emergent technologies.

• Advise on IMDA’s policy and regulatory affairs – Telecommunications, Post, Media, and Data Protection (PDPC), including administrative law, TMT/ICT, and competition law; regulatory instruments; exercise of regulatory powers, and enforcement proceedings and appeals
