Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients
- Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
- Verify and update patient information
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Assist with insurance claims and follow up with insurance carriers
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Assist with social media initiatives, as needed
Schedule
- Monday to Thursday
- Tuesdays & Wednesdays: 11:00 AM/12:00 PM to 5:00/5:30 PM
- Mondays & Thursdays: 11:00 AM/12:00 PM to 6:00/7:00 PM
