Dental Operations Associate (Surrey)

Role Description

• Learn the business from the ground up: spend the first weeks ramping and learning how we operate, understanding each practice’s processes, and the work it takes to grow a dental practice.
• Support strategic initiatives: take full ownership of workflows and projects that centralize corporate functions, roll out new initiatives and technology, and identify opportunities to leverage emerging software.
• Support practice operations: partner with our doctors, discover what it takes to run a successful practice, and help grow their practice through operational excellence.
• Excellent communication: communicate with clarity and care, use data and reasoning to justify decisions, and obtain buy‑in from stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity: handle nuanced and unique daily situations, learning to operate with uncertainty.
