Demand Planning Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Demand Planner to join our Iberia Demand Planning & Forecasting team, based in Madrid, Spain. This is a pivotal role within a team managing 800+ SKUs across iconic brands (Oreo, Milka, Fontaneda, LU Prince, TUC, and more) in a fast‑paced FMCG food environment where shelf life is a real operational constraint.

You will join us at an exciting time: we are preparing for a major system transformation from SAP APO to O9 Solutions, and we need someone who is not only technically strong but genuinely energized by change and continuous improvement. This is a hands‑on planning role where your experience and expertise will make a real difference to the team and the business.
