Job Description – Demand Planning

• Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to ensure forecast accuracy and business continuity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Sales, Business Development, Quality Assurance, Strategic Alliance, and Procurement teams to align demand forecasts with product availability and business requirements.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels regularly and recommend replenishment strategies to prevent stock shortages, excess inventory, and supply disruptions.
• Utilize ERP systems, Power BI, and Advanced Excel for demand tracking, delivery monitoring, reporting, data analysis, and continuous process improvement.
• Support product launch planning activities by aligning demand forecasts with launch timelines, production readiness, and supply chain requirements.
