Demand and Supply Planner

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Demand & Supply Planner to support demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, purchasing coordination, and cross-functional communication across Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and supplier partners. In this role, you will help provide clear visibility into customer demand, inventory availability, open purchase orders, supplier performance, and potential supply risks to ensure realistic expectations are set across the business and with customers. You will monitor inventory levels, track supplier deliveries, manage purchase order follow-up, and help identify shortages, delays, or excess inventory before they impact operations. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory, logistics, or a related field, along with strong Excel and data analysis skills.
