Position Summary
Encore is seeking a strong leader with experience in small domestic appliances or premium retail to support the growth of our De’Longhi Group Market Development program.
This role leads and develops a team of part‑time Market Development Representatives across Canada responsible for driving sales through in‑store demonstrations, product training, merchandising, and retail relationship‑building across key banners.
You will be accountable for delivering results by ensuring consistent execution, elevating team performance, and strengthening the in‑store presence of De’Longhi, Braun, nutribullet, and magic bullet brands.
