About the role

We are looking for a Delivery Specialist to build superior customer sales experiences, support retail operations, and deliver products to customers’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Support retail operations by merchandising and maintaining the store.
• Deliver best-in-class service when delivering our products to customers’ homes.
• Perform general maintenance on the truck and around the store daily.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate and finalize paperwork with customers onsite.

Qualifications

• Full class driver’s license with a driver’s abstract in good standing.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods.
