Delivery Partner

We are currently looking for a Delivery Partner to join our team.

Responsible for

• Defining and evolving a Delivery Strategy for the account in line with the needs of the Customer, and Business unit and ensuring institutionalisation of the same
• Leading the account, setting the direction and tracking the achievements in line with the strategy.

Driving Delivery Rigor

• Ensuring a comprehensive and effective delivery governance framework with the customer and stakeholders such as other ISUs, NGMs, BTS units, COIN partners, alliance partners and support functions
• Monitoring and reporting performance against contractual obligations and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met by the customer.
