Leverage previous experiences in adapting core principles to real-world application – using this to upskill our leads and team members.Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and new Agile practitioners to build the right mindset.Help leaders understand their role in supporting Agile teams and shifting traditional command and control behaviors.Act as a trusted advisor on Agile practices, product strategy alignment, and organizational impediments. Promote a culture of accountability within the team. Continuous Improvement & Metrics
