The Revenue & Settlements Delivery Analyst ensures the accuracy and efficiency of billing, settlements, and delivery documentation processes. This role involves auditing delivery records, verifying completeness for billing, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Location: Sherwood Park, AB or Dartmouth, NS

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm

Type: Term Contract | 12 Months

Responsibilities

• Creating and managing custom reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Reviewing and auditing delivery documentation from drivers and brokers, making necessary adjustments in dispatching software (TMW).
• Verifying documentation completeness to ensure accurate billing.
• Coordinating with Operations to confirm and apply necessary adjustments in TMW software.
