Be a key member of the team at Best Western Plus Okotoks Inn & Suites as a Houseperson. In this full-time role, you'll ensure our public spaces are clean, supporting our commitment to guest satisfaction.
The Houseperson is essential in maintaining high cleanliness standards for our guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting Room Attendants with linens, cleaning the lobby area, and responding promptly to guest requests. You’ll also ensure all safety and cleanliness standards are met in our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness in lobby, elevators, and restrooms
• Deliver linens and remove garbage for Room Attendants
• Respond to requests from guests for extra amenities
• Organize and clean housekeeping storage areas
• Assist in laundry operations when required
Requirements:
• Previous hotel cleaning experience is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
