- **Key responsibilities**:
- Assist bridge team with watchkeeping and navigational duties under supervision
- Support mooring, anchoring and cargo handling operations
- Carry out routine maintenance and deck inspections as directed
- Keep training records up to date and follow the onboard training program
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in drills
- **Requirements**:
- Enrolled in or completed recognized nautical / deck cadet program
- Valid STCW basic safety training and seafarer documents
- Good English communication skills
- Fit for sea service with valid medical certificate
- Motivated to learn and build a career at sea
