Job Summary

The Dean and Campus Principal is the senior administrative leader of Niagara University’s campus in Ontario, Canada, reporting directly to the University President. The incumbent serves on the President’s Senior Leadership Team, is a resource to the Board of Trustees, and provides visionary, strategic leadership and advocacy for the development of long‑ and short‑term campus goals. The role includes oversight of personnel, campus operations, compliance, and governance, as well as fostering partnerships to strengthen and expand programs, improve enrollment management, and increase fiscal resources for operations.
