Position: Deal Desk & Revenue Operations Analyst Location: Chennai (On-site) Shift: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST Experience: 24 years About the role: This role requires strong expertise in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk processes, Sales Operations, Salesforce CRM, DocuSign, and deal lifecycle management, along with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with US-based stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support the end-to-end deal lifecycle from opportunity creation through contract execution. Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to review, validate, and process sales opportunities. Review deal structures, pricing, approvals, and commercial terms to ensure compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate sales opportunities, quotes, and contracts in Salesforce CRM.
