As DC Health & Safety and Security Advisor, you will play a key role in creating and sustaining a safe, secure and compliant working environment within our Distribution Center in Sint-Niklaas (BE).

This is a operational role, where you will work closely with DC leadership, teams on the floor and EMEA partners to drive behavioural change, influence practices, and strengthen a strong Health, Safety and Security culture.

This is a highly visible operational role requiring a hands-on approach, strong influencing skills and the ability to engage employees and leaders at all levels of the organization. While the role includes responsibility for security and asset protection activities, its primary focus is Health & Safety, risk management and regulatory compliance.
