Dawson Creek Secondary School requires a 1.0 FTE TERM Teacher

Effective September 1, 2026 to May 27, 2027.

Position: Teacher of Science courses (Science 10, Life Science 11, Chemistry 11, Science for Citizens 11, Anatomy and Physiology 12) at Dawson Creek Secondary School (South Peace Campus).

Dawson Creek Secondary School is a public high school serving approximately 600 students in Grades 10–12. It is part of School District No. 59.

As a teacher, you will design and deliver engaging instruction in the above science courses, create inclusive classrooms, collaborate with colleagues, and use research‑based practices to support student learning. You will also participate in school‑wide initiatives and contribute to a positive, restorative learning community.

Required Qualifications

• Valid BC Ministry of Education Teaching Certificate (or be qualified for one).
