Role Overview
The successful candidate will research the local automotive market to gather accurate data on vehicle specifications using industry websites and publications. They will be responsible for regularly collecting, validating, and inputting pricing and specification data for new vehicles to support and enhance official datasets. In addition, they will play a key role in improving the overall quality and accuracy of the specifications database for the relevant market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain key contacts within the motor industry.
- Liaise with automobile manufacturers and importers to collect data on a regular basis.
- Actively find new and better ways of collecting information to enhance official price and specs data.
- Liaise with other data suppliers, trade organisations, and dealers to gain additional information about the automobile industry.
