Support St. Paul’s High School’s mission as the Data Management Officer for Advancement Services. This integral position focuses on accurate data stewardship and supporting fundraising efforts.
Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Data Management Officer ensures that donor and alumni data remains consistent and secure. You will utilize your experience in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT to manage the entire lifecycle of charitable gifts. This role requires a balance of detail orientation and collaborative engagement with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage database integrity for constituent records
• Prepare financial reports alongside the Finance Office
• Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot database issues
• Support community engagement events
• Document best practices for data management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or similar qualifications
• 1–3 years in database administration...
