Data integration specialist (customer success focused)

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION You will have a tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Technology, Business, Operations or a related field. You will have proven experience in a customer success, implementation, operations, analytics, business analysis, technical support or systems coordination environment. You will be technically minded with a strong interest in how systems integrate and exchange data. You will have experience analysing structured data, validating outputs and investigating data-related issues. You will possess strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. You will have experience gathering requirements, documenting processes and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.
