Data Ingestion Engineer: Onboarding & Support

SOCi is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to onboard new customers onto the data ingestion platform and manage ongoing ingestion processes across API and SFTP connectors. You will configure pipelines, transform data to a standardized format, and own each account from onboarding through the ingestion lifecycle.
