Responsibilities
Daily tracking of warehouse material receipts and shipments to ensure accurate inventory records;
Preparation of inventory reports and prompt reporting of inventory discrepancies;
Assistance with physical inventory counts, documentation of discrepancies, and analysis of causes;
Archiving warehouse statistical documents and maintaining statistical ledgers;
Collaboration with procurement and production departments to verify material requirements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse statistics experience preferred;
Proficient in Excel and other office software with strong data sensitivity;
Detail-oriented and responsible with basic data analysis skills;
Understanding of warehouse management processes and adherence to warehouse regulations.
