Responsibilities
Network Operations and Maintenance
- Provide advanced support for network maintenance, planning, and implementation across enterprise WAN environments
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including Cisco ISR, Nexus, Catalyst, ASA, and wireless controllers
- Ensure stability and performance of distributed LAN, MAN, and WAN environments
- Support connectivity across various last mile technologies including satellite and network services
Network Implementation and Optimization
- Implement and optimize routing, switching, wireless, and firewall configurations
- Support deployment and optimization of network monitoring platforms including Cisco Prime, Cisco DNA, ACS, ISE, and LiveAction
- Ensure network solutions are scalable, effective, and aligned with enterprise requirements
- Support WAN optimization technologies and acceleration platforms
