Opportunity Description
**Job Overview:**
Provides complex Data Center support to meet uptime goals. Serves as Data Center technical subject matter expertise and hands on participation to maintain, troubleshoot and manage Data Center Systems.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Manages the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of internal and external computer hardware systems used for designing, developing, and deploying company products.
+ Works with Infrastructure and Business services to provision and setup environments.
+ Assist with designs of automation scripts and best practice processes to minimize the human intervention required for Data Center Environments.
+ Proposes and guides implementation of systems and enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the Data Center Environment.
+ Monitors usage and performance and utilizes all standard tool sets for management of all aspects of the Data Center environment.
