Opportunity Description
Provide hands-on break/fix support for Lenovo server hardware within a data center environment. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing hardware failures, replacing components, and ensuring systems are restored to operational status quickly and efficiently.
- Utilize your knowledge of Lenovo server systems, including rack servers, blade servers, and associated hardware components (e.g., CPUs, memory, storage, network cards, power supplies).
- Perform hardware diagnostics and utilize relevant tools to identify the root cause of server issues.
- Coordinate with data center staff, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate hardware repairs and replacements.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and replacement activities.
- Adhere to data center best practices and safety regulations.
