Opportunity Description
Mindex is looking for a Data Architect who thrives on solving complex data challenges and transforming information from multiple source systems into scalable, well-structured data solutions. In this role, you will design and maintain the canonical data model for a large-scale Snowflake data platform, bringing together data from HRIS, payroll, client systems, and other domains into a consistent, reusable framework that supports analytics, reporting, artificial intelligence, and other data-driven initiatives.
