Opportunity Description
As we rapidly scale and expand into new growth areas, we are looking for a dedicated Data professional to support our Operations team. A key focus of this role will be unlocking actionable insights for our most critical automation asset: Joy, our AI-driven chatbot, and support the Ops team with smart logistics analyses. You will play a pivotal role in building our data foundation from the ground up, transforming bottlenecks into scalable solutions.
Manual Silos: Pharmacy Ops is currently running on 0.25 FTE analytical support, creating a bottleneck in scaling.
Sentiment: We lack insights into the sentiment of our interactions to support product prioritisation for Joy.
Revenue Leakage: We lack the granularity to identify cross-sell opportunities during live patient interactions.
Product Support: We require support to establish frameworks for analytical data quality, driving excellence in our experimentation processes.
