Summary

The Data Analyst has a key role in ensuring evaluation processes that enhance evidence-based decision-making. The Data Analyst reports to the Lead Agency Manager and supports the Quality and Strategy team in planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining integrated databases, as well as managing data from other agencies within the London‑Middlesex, Oxford‑Elgin service area.

The Data Analyst provides user‑support related to Vanier databases for staff and managers within Vanier, and consults with other agencies within the London‑Middlesex, Oxford‑Elgin service area regarding data management. The Data Analyst generates and interprets data reports as needed by stakeholders and trains stakeholders to access and interpret data. The Data Analyst not only extracts data from existing databases but also supports the creation of both ongoing quality improvement tools and project‑specific surveys.
