Join a professional flight deck operating the Dash 8 in a two-crew environment. As a First Officer, you’ll be part of a high-performing team that prioritizes safety, professionalism, and passenger care—while receiving the training you need to succeed.

What you’ll do

• Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, checklists, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with the Captain using strong CRM to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, including weather, NOTAMs, performance, and weight and balance.
• Manage avionics/FMS and support precise departures, arrivals, and approaches.
• Champion a just culture of safety, SMS reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the operation with professionalism and excellent crew and customer communication.
