Opportunity Description
1. 负责大堂吧日常运营管理,包括营业前准备、现场服务督导、营业后收尾及盘点工作;
2. 统筹安排班次人员排班,指导并培训服务员执行标准服务流程,确保宾客体验一致性与高品质;
3. 监控酒水、物料库存及损耗情况,按规范完成申购、验收与台账登记,保障运营成本合理可控;
4. 处理宾客咨询、投诉及特殊需求,及时协调相关部门响应,提升客户满意度与复购意愿;
5. 执行酒店服务标准与安全规范,落实食品安全、消防安全及设备使用管理要求。
1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理、餐饮服务等相关专业优先;
2. 具备1年以上高星级酒店或精品酒店大堂吧、咖啡厅、全日制餐厅等前厅服务类岗位工作经验,有主管或带教经验者优先;
3. 熟悉咖啡、茶饮、软饮及基础鸡尾酒知识,掌握标准调制流程与服务礼仪;
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、应变能力及团队管理意识,能独立处理现场突发状况;
5. 形象端正,服务意识强,具备较强的责任心与执行力,能适应轮班及节假日工作安排。
