CYP Phone Support Specialist – Temp (6-month Fixed term contract)
Salary: £26,000–£30,000 (full time equivalent) depending on experience
Location: Remote (UK only - with visits to our Canary Wharf office for training, development, and team meetings)
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Team: Children & Young People (CYP) Client Success
Reporting to: Head of Client Services for CYP
Please note: You will be required to attend an in-person training day at our Canary Wharf office on your first day of employment.
