Opportunity Description
The CX Account Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the Customer Experience organization, providing proactive order management, shipment visibility, customer communication, and administrative support for assigned customer accounts.
This role is responsible for executing day-to-day customer service activities, maintaining accurate order information, monitoring shipment milestones, and ensuring customers receive timely and accurate updates throughout the shipment lifecycle.
The Account Coordinator partners closely with Account Managers, Operations, Billing, and other internal teams to deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with our service standards.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing a high volume of customer interactions and shipment activity in a fast-paced logistics environment.
