Primary responsibilities include:
+ Assist customers, business partners, and drivers via phone and email while providing outstanding customer service.
+ Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery issues in a professional and timely manner.
+ Monitor delivery routes, process order changes or cancellations, and ensure accurate shipment documentation.
+ Scan haul-away pods, verify required stamps, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office applications.
