Customs Compliance Auditor (Côte Saint-Luc)

We are looking for a Customs Compliance Auditor to support the organization on key international trade compliance processes by gathering data for internal audit purposes, executing reports, and monitoring controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical documentation to support proper declarations following best‑in‑class practices, duty of care, due diligence, and the “best of knowledge” principle.
• Support the business with all customs transactions, collecting suppliers’ Free Trade Agreements certificates to leverage duty‑free imports and exports (USMCA, CPTPP, MX‑EU, CETA, and other FTAs).
• Develop meaningful KPIs, statistics, and dashboards to support strategic business decisions.
• Conduct analysis to identify parts and HTS codes with the highest impact on duty avoidance benefits.
• Participate in the documentation process to answer requests from customs authorities such as CF28, CF29 from CBP, CBSA, SAT, and worldwide.
