Opportunity Description
- Coordinate and follow up on import and export customs clearance processes, ensuring timely shipment releases and issue resolution.
- Maintain direct communication with customs brokers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments regarding customs-related activities.
- Review and validate customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other trade compliance documents.
- Monitor shipment status, customs requirements, delays, discrepancies, and potential risks, providing timely updates to management and stakeholders.
- Maintain customs records and support compliance with applicable customs regulations, international trade requirements, and company policies.
