Opportunity Description

Being a Customer support technician means putting your passion and talent to work for the team and our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for answering service calls, performing remote troubleshooting, and working closely with servicetechnicians and the R&D department on repairs and preventive maintenance.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to service calls and emails;
  • Viewing, locating, and diagnosing problems remotely;
  • Identifying and recommending the best solutions to meet customer needs;
  • Reading blueprints and technical sheets;
  • Entering orders in the internal system and following up on shipment confirmations;
  • Maintaining close contact with R&D for problem resolution;
  • Processing product returns;
  • Handling claim credits.
