Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer support tickets and order-related queries
- Update tracking, shipment, and order information accurately
- Investigate order discrepancies and shipping issues
- Follow SOPs to resolve operational exceptions
- Maintain accurate documentation and escalate complex cases when required
- Meet daily productivity and quality KPIs
