Overview
We are currently seeking a Client Service Advisor (Bilingual French) for a Contract role with one of our clients.
Duration: 09+ Months of contract
Location: Hybrid (Client based in Montreal, QC)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first-line technical support for payment systems, assisting clients across North America.
- Answer approximately 20 calls per day (average 15–20 minutes each).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payment transactions, account activity, and system access.
- Use multiple tools and screens simultaneously to assess data, check client profiles, and resolve incidents.
- Log and track issues using ServiceNow ticketing system and AWS telephony tools.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established protocols.
