Hiring: Telecaller (Punjabi Language)

Position: Telecaller

Location: Janpath, New Delhi

Salary: ₹20,000 In-Hand

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain company services and resolve customer queries.
• Follow up with interested candidates/customers.
• Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills

• Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English (Mandatory).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
• Telecalling/Customer Support experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
