Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Assist clients with PF withdrawal queries and related services.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers.
  • Manage customer interactions through WhatsApp and provide prompt support.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM details.
  • Coordinate with the processing team to ensure a smooth customer experience.


Requirements


  • Fluent in Hindi and English communication skills.
  • Strong communication and convincing abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.
