Opportunity Description

Purpose of RoleAs a valuable member of the Customer Support Engineering department, you will provide direct support to the CSE Manager and other team members including Customer support (both internal and external), coordinating engineering planning and projects with both the CSE team and other stakeholders as well as providing direct administrative support for the group.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Daily Engineering Operations: Coordinate daily tasks of the Customer support engineering team, ensuring efficient allocation of work and timely response to customer needs.

  • Reassign work as needed, making judgments based on current workloads & priorities

  • Coordinate and maintain schedules while ensuring attention to multiple factors (location, time, etc.) and engaging in timely and clear communication with all relevant parties
