Location: Pune Work From Office (WFO) Shift: US Shifts (Rotational work week) Interview Process: Versant (58), Communication Discussion, Operations Interview Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers. Provide support to candidates and assist with recruitment-related queries. Guide users on self-service portals and resolve issues efficiently. Log and track cases accurately in ticketing systems. Follow escalation procedures for unresolved issues. Ensure compliance with security, GDPR, and company policies. Meet SLA targets and deliver excellent customer service. Requirements Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly. Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred), MS Office, and ERP systems is an advantage. International BPO experience preferred; freshers can also apply. Willingness to work in rotational US shifts and rotational work weeks.
