Customer support agent (Vitoria-Gasteiz)

Do you enjoy helping people and being part of the energy behind world‑class festivals? We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to support festival visitors and ticket buyers across several international events mainly located in Iberia.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for thousands of festival fans, ensuring they receive clear information and excellent support before, during, and after their event experience.

You will support festivals such as elrow, Sónar, Arenal Sound and Resurrection Fest, working closely with internal teams and ticketing partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.
