Job Responsibilities
- Partner with intercompany locations to provide export documentation, price quotations, and respond to questions related to orders, whether in-house or in-transit.
- Be familiar with export and import requirements by country and develop healthy rapport with internal and external logistics partners, including Shipping Coordinators, Buyers, and Freight Forwarders to better support international customers’ requirements.
- Learn and support intercompany pricing policies and procedures.
- Complete order entry, provide order status information, inventory levels, late shipment notifications, and coordinate or consolidate shipments for assigned customers.
