Customer Success & Product Insights Specialist

Empowered Cities is looking for a Consultant, Customer Success Product Specialist to support customers in leveraging Mastercard's capabilities for business decisions. You will serve as a primary point of contact, educate users on the products, and ensure successful onboarding and adoption.

This role requires substantial analytical skills, a customer success mindset, and experience in SaaS solutions or data products. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential, and familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
