Opportunity Description
We are looking for a _Customer Success Manager_ to join the Research Practice in the Payers, Providers and Governments group, supporting the growth and adoption of innovative solutions that advance clinical and health research. As a Customer Success Manager you will work closely with clients and IQVIA employees to maximize and expand use and value derived from deployed technology.
In this role you will collaborate closely with different IQVIA teams to promote use of our technologies.
**What we are looking for:**
+ BSc in medicine, biomedical sciences, health sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
+ One to five years of work experience in the health care sector, life sciences or data analytics/data science. More related experience in Project Management and/or Service Delivery is required.
