Drive customer satisfaction and adoption as a Customer Success Manager in Christie Innomed’s Healthcare IT Solutions division. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in Canada by fostering engagement and optimizing product use.
This managerial role focuses on establishing strong relationships with healthcare IT clients to ensure they leverage the full potential of Christie Innomed’s and Fujifilm’s diverse technology portfolio. Responsibilities include strategic engagements through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), supporting onboarding and adoption, and promoting customer value to foster growth and retention.
