What you'll do We're looking for a Customer Success Associate to help Clara deliver a world-class experience for our clients across Latin America. In this role, you’ll work closely with new and existing B2B customers to ensure they’re fully onboarded, supported, and positioned for long-term success with Clara’s spend management solutions. This is a client-facing Account Management role where your ability to communicate clearly, organize effectively, and build trusted relationships will directly impact client satisfaction, retention ( Gross/Net Retention ), and revenue growth. You will: Support onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and low-friction go-live process.
