Opportunity Description

Responsibilities
Lead monitoring of KPIs and service/product performance, translating data into business recommendations for leadership
Structure and prioritize the team's demand backlog
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, negotiating scope, timelines and expectations
Identify bottlenecks and revenue/efficiency opportunities before they become problems
Present results and strategic insights to executive audiences, including the board
Requirements
Experience in product or service management, preferably in the Telecom market
Strong data analysis skills and KPI design/management
SQL to extract and cross-reference data without relying on other teams
Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Data Studio)
Experience presenting results to senior leadership with clarity and storytelling
English for meetings and reading technical materials
Practical knowledge of agile methodologies in day-to-day work
