Responsibilities

  • Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Resolving customer complaints, managing database records
  • Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
  • Organized
  • Self-Starter
  • Efficient on Computer process monitoring
  • Good communication with efficient administration and attention to detail; provide solutions and anticipate problems
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Bi-Lingual in English - 2 year plus / Experience in the apparel manufacturing industry plus
